Our house got 3 offers after our weekend open house and the process was seamless through home repairs, inspection and finally to closing. We moved into our new house and could not be happier. ABSOLUTELY HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Joe and I had met on campus many years ago and thanks to social media we reconnected. When the crazy sellers market hit the PNW spring 2021, we invited Joe to our NW home to consult with us on the selling process. Joe provided us expert guidance on preparing our home, staging, valuation and what to expect throughout the sales process. We had a "unique" property that was not your easy, slam dunk sale. Joe arranged all of the details in a timely and effective manner. He provided us with a detailed road map of the marketing of our property. Although the market was very hot and fast moving at the time, Joe treated us as if we were his only clients. His greatest quality is his communications! He always took my calls and responded to my messages in an immediate fashion. Even at the times he was not available, he would communicate with me when to expect a response. I really appreciated that Joe would talk me through any questions, concerns, and/or updates, and then hang up our call and immediately reach out to my husband to host the same conversation. I always felt like Joe gave us the time we needed to address questions and concerns throughout the process. As noted, our property required a creative approach, patience, and a committed team to get it done. Although many properties on the market were turning quickly, Joe did not give up on us. His followup with other realtors was essential. He provided us reassurance, ideas, and support throughout the process. It is clear he has an incredible portfolio of experience. Although Joe was our primary partner, it was an added bonus to have the additional expertise of Liz on our team. Often times in our discussions and planning, we would ask for Liz's input. It felt like we had a solid, expert team working for us. Joe has been a fixture in the Washington county real estate arena his entire life and it shows in his knowledge and passion for the community. I could not have wished for a more amazing realtor! The entire time the Liz was working with me to find me my perfect home, she was always there when I needed her. Buying is stressful and she took so much of the stress out of it! She always made sure that I was ending up with what I wanted and totally had my back. Literally THE BEST! Should I sell/buy in the future, Liz will be my go to, and she is absolutely the only realtor I’ll refer my friends to. Hands down, 5 stars PLUS!

5 stars across the board. My husband and I had at least a dozen realtors to choose from to list our home with (this includes relatives and long time friends). We had thought about putting it on the market in 2017 and got in touch with a few realtors. Joe came through for us (while others didn’t). They wanted to list our home for us (of course), but did not reach out and ask us what we needed while Joe went above and beyond. He did market research for us, comps in our area/neighborhood, then came and took a look at our home. A year later we decided to list (June 2018) & we didn't have to think twice about who would be representing us and listing our home. Joe, an outstanding man who I have known for YEARS was there for us through the entire process. His experience clearly showed through a stressful process :) He is calm, confident, professional, kind disposition, and has excellent character. We very much trusted him through the entire process. As part of Joe being our realtor, he had professional stagers come in, a professional photographer- they were also great to work with. We had a few offers come in very quickly. We went through them together in person. The home sold for $20,000 above listing. I will add this, weather you are selling a home for $200k or $10 million, he will do right by you. Thank you so much Joe, we would recommend you to any of our friends and relatives. You made the process nearly stress free & were encouraging through the process (even when I was stressed out)! :)

Liz has a huge amount of knowledge in property management and investment property and when we turned our first home into a rental property, they were there to assist us throughout the entire process. My wife and I have used Joe & Liz Edwards for many real estate transactions through the years. Buying a house is the most complicated transaction that most people will ever deal with, and Joe is an expert in his field and provides all the guidance and information to make the transaction go smoothly. Joe is always available to answer our many questions, before and after the sale. Our last sale with Joe was because we were moving out of state, and Joe spent considerable time interviewing multiple agents in San Diego to find the best agent to help us to buy. Our only negative with Joe is that he couldn't come with us to San Diego and be our realtor here! We would never use any other realtor in the Portland area, and I don't think that anyone else who has used Joe would ever use anyone else either.
